Warranty & Return Policy

Effective Date: August 14, 2025

1) General Policy
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Most orders are sold AS-IS with no warranty, no returns, and no RMA eligibility.
  • The only exception is for qualifying Hyla/Assurant orders as described below.
2) RMA Eligibility — Hyla/Assurant Orders Only
  • For orders originating from Hyla/Assurant programs, buyers may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAwithin 5 calendar days from the date the product is delivered to the customer.
  • RMA requests submitted after the 5-day window will be denied.
  • To request an RMA, contact info@cpwmobiles.com and include:
    • Your order number
    • Product details
    • A description of the issue
  • RMA approval is at the sole discretion of Chicago Phones Wholesale and will only be issued if the product meets the qualifying defect criteria.
3) iCloud or Blacklisted Devices
  • If you receive a device that is iCloud-locked or reported as blacklisted, contact us immediately at info@cpwmobiles.com.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include device replacement, unlocking assistance, or other remedies at our discretion.
4) Condition of Returned Items (Hyla/Assurant RMAs)
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories, packaging, and labels intact.
  • Items altered, damaged, or missing components will be rejected or subject to deductions from the replacement/credit value.
5) Remedies (Hyla/Assurant RMAs)

If a return is approved under the Hyla/Assurant RMA process, we will:

  • Replace the product with an equivalent unit, or
  • Issue store credit in the original purchase amount (excluding shipping).
6) Shipping for Returns (Hyla/Assurant RMAs)
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective upon arrival or the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
7) Limitation of Liability
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
