1) Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment has cleared.
• Large volume orders or custom requests may require additional processing time; we will notify you if delays are expected.

2) Shipping Methods

• We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options.
• Customers may also provide their own shipping account for freight or courier services.
• We reserve the right to choose the most suitable carrier if one is not specified.

3) Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

• All shipments are FOB Origin from Orland Park, Illinois, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the carrier takes possession of the shipment.

4) Shipping Charges & Insurance

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or during order confirmation.
• Insurance is available upon request and is recommended for high-value shipments.
• If insurance is declined, the customer assumes full responsibility for loss or damage during transit.

5) Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses.
• We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6) International Shipping

• We ship worldwide unless prohibited by law.
• Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
• Customs clearance times vary and are outside of our control.

7) Damaged or Missing Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos and details so we can assist with a carrier claim.
