1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases from Chicago Phones Wholesale (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2) Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to our review and acceptance.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing, suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable laws.
• An order is considered accepted only after you receive written confirmation from us.

3) Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice before your order is accepted.
• You are responsible for paying all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
• Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4) Taxes

Unless you provide a valid tax exemption certificate before your order ships, applicable sales tax will be added to your invoice. You are responsible for any other taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

5) Product Condition & Grading

• All devices are tested, graded, and described to the best of our ability prior to shipment.
• Product images are for reference only and may not reflect the exact item received.

6) Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Orders ship FOB Origin from Orland Park, Illinois, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

7) Returns & Warranty

• Returns are handled in accordance with our Warranty & Return Policy.
• You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.
• Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to restocking fees.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10) Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our other Policies (Privacy, Terms of Use, Shipping, Warranty & Returns), form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase.
